Fractale
IPA – 6%
Kveik IPA with a light color and delicate bitterness. Beer with citrus notes and tropical aromas. Particularly drinkable and guaranteed grapefruit-free.
Framboos
Raspberry wheat – 7%
A raspberry wheat beer that everyone will love. Creamy, dry, and subtly tart. This beer is aimed at both connoisseurs looking for new experiences and the general public. The result is a beer that is both refreshing and complex, with a hint of tartness that lingers on the palate.
Désenchantée
Berliner Weiss – 3,66%
White & sour.
A lovely acidity, floral hop notes, and low alcohol content combine with a hint of saltiness to create a beer to be enjoyed without moderation.
Décarottée
Sour Carotte – 3,66%
This Carrot Sour combines the tart, floral character of Désenchantée with the sweetness and vibrancy of carrots. The latter gives the beer a fruity kick and a bright orange color.
Klet
Belgian Pale Ale – 5,8%
A Belgian Bitter that packs a punch, created in collaboration with our friends at St Klet! With a sharp but perfectly balanced bitterness and a robust body, it breaks the mold while respecting tradition. It will delight those who seek bitterness and old farts alike.
Black Dolphin
Dry stout – 4,6%
A dry stout that is incredibly drinkable. A light texture, subtly roasted cocoa notes, and a hint of iodine that provides the perfect balance. An ultra-drinkable dark beer, the black dolphin dives straight into an ocean of pleasure. A collab’ with Lavo.
